A former level 10 gymnast locally, and currently an avid fitness and Pilates fan, I have specialized in helping gymnasts get back to the sport they love for the past 10 years.  Not only am I a Doctor of physical therapy, but I am also an athletic trainer. I currently treat on-site at Jewarts Gymnastics and Xcel Gymnastics in the North Hills area, but am available to everyone!  You may have even seen me providing medical coverage for local area competitions.  I have also spoken at several USA Gymnastics Region 7 Congresses and written for Flogymnastics.  Topics have included heel pain, hip flexor conditioning, injury reduction tips, and strengthening and conditioning tips based on posture, and ankle mobility.  I will be speaking at Region 7 Congress again this year! Check out the patient education link for my presentations and articles!
